Additional Terms and Conditions

            Customers who register or sign up as members and make purchases on the website are eligible to accumulate purchase amounts and earn points.

            For members at all levels, if no purchase is made within the specified year, the accumulated purchases and points will be reset to zero. However, the membership level remains unchanged for 1 year (12 months).

            For birthday privileges, the discount can only be used within the specified birthday month, limited to one use per order, with a maximum product value of 50,000 baht at regular prices (not valid with other promotions and cannot be combined with reward points).

            The company reserves the right to cancel the birthday discount if the order is placed but payment is not completed within the specified time; the system will automatically void the discount.

Point Accumulation Terms

            Every purchase made on the website will earn points, with 25 baht = 1 point.

            Points will be credited within 30 business days after payment confirmation.

            For partial or full order cancellations, points will be deducted within 30 business days.

            Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another member.

            Points are not earned on shipping fees.

            Points are calculated on the purchase amount after discounts. Decimal points of 0.5 or higher will be rounded up to 1 point; points below 0.5 will be disregarded.

            Points expire 1 year from the date earned. For example, points earned on January 1, 2024, will expire on January 1, 2025.

Points Redemption Terms

            A minimum of 100 points is required to redeem for cash value, with 100 points equal to 25 baht.

            Points can only be redeemed for discounts or benefits if there are enough points for the desired redemption amount.

            Point redemption availability depends on specific promotions and events held by the company each year.

            Points redeemed for discounts cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

            When using points as cash, points are applied to the listed product price before the additional 5% discount. Points cannot be used for shipping fees.
